Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for an additional fee. Perfect for last-minute plans!
• Local Pickup: Available for sameday pickup at our designated pickup location in Los Angeles. If you select Local Pickup at checkout, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at Info@bbqadiu.us for assistance. We’ll work with our carriers to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
At this time, BBQ Adiu ships only within United States. We are working to expand our shipping options and appreciate your patience.
