Eligibility for Returns

• Unused Products: If you receive an unused BBQ Adiu grill that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• Used Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for used or partially used grills.
